Speakers
Sílvia Fenés is a Project Officer at Fundació Comtal, where she is responsible for fundraising, corporate volunteering, the Didáskalos Social Mentoring Programme, and the coordination of Service-Learning projects with educational institutions.
She holds a degree in Sociocultural Gender Studies from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a Master’s degree in Social Intervention and Research in Knowledge Societies. Her professional career has focused on the social sector, gender equality, and supporting people in situations of vulnerability.
Javier Rodríguez Núñez is a lawyer and politician serving as Commissioner for Child, Adolescent, Youth, and LGTBI Policies for the Barcelona City Council. He holds a Law degree from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, as well as a Master's in Law and a Master's in International Business Law from ESADE.
Before taking on his current institutional role, he built his career as a litigation attorney and worked closely in local politics as a chief of staff and advisor in Barcelona City Council. Strongly committed to civil rights, youth affairs, and social policies, he leads municipal initiatives focused on driving inclusion, equality, and civic well-being across Barcelona.
