Delegations are not required to stay at the conference hotels. You will make your own lodging reservations. Make sure you pay attention to your hotel's payment and refund deadlines. The conference hotel deadlines for these reduced rates are quite early.
Reservation Process
Reserve and pay for your hotel rooms directly with the hotel of your preference. We will provide a code for our discounted rate at the conference hotels listed below. When you make your reservation on the conference hotel website, you will need to enter this code. All of our conference hotels have some rooms that can accommodate up to three people. The number of rooms are limited and may sell out. All hotel rates are in Euros.
