$170 USD per student (delegate/head delegate)

Faculty/Guest Fee

 $170 USD per faculty advisor/guest

Students may not register as faculty

Hotel

You are not required to stay at the conference hotels.

120-200 Euros (one person) per room, per night
150-230 Euros (two people) per room, per night
200-280 Euros (three people) per room, per night

  • Breakfast is included.
  • 10% VAT included (changes to the tax rate will change the room rates).
  • Local tax not included (2026 rate is unknown, 2025 rate is 5-5.70€ per person, per night).
  • Triple supplement is 50€ per room (breakfast and VAT included), only available on request.
  • Limited number of rooms/sizes available.
  • Wi-Fi access is included.

Study Tours

(mandatory for everyone but schools in Spain)

300 Euros/about 350 USD (estimate), per person

Meals

Breakfast: included at conference hotels

Lunch: included with Study Tours, Monday-Tuesday
18 Euros per day, Wednesday-Friday 

Dinner: included on Tuesday (for those participating in the Study Tours), all other dinners are on your own
