Group A: Wartburg Castle (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and Buchenwald Concentration Camp 
Group B: Point Alpha and Erfurt City Tour

Meet in the conference hotel lobbies by 7:15 am for an escort to the bus parking lot at Domplatz.

7:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Delegate Social Event: Pub Crawl (optional) Visit up to 3 traditional German pubs (food and drink at your own expense)

Required if you plan to attend the President's speech.

  • Bring your passport or German identity card.
  • ​Jackets and cell phones are allowed.
  • Bags, purses, laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices are forbidden.
  • Seating is on a first-come, first-seated basis. If your delegation wants to sit together, arrive together as seats cannot be saved.
  • We expect a large media presence, if you don't want any media exposure, you are able to be excused from this session.
  • Please do not ask for photos with the President.

10:30 am - 11:00 am

Security Screening 2
GA, IAEA, and SC delegates, head directly to Town Hall as soon as dismissed from the Kaisersaal.

  • Do not remove the security wristband issued at the Kaisersaal, as you will go through an additional security check at the Town Hall.
  • Bring your passport or German identity card.
  • Jackets and cell phones are allowed.
  • Bags, purses, laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices are forbidden.
  • Faculty and Guests are required to select one committee to stay in during the President's visit.
  • Please do not ask for photos with the President.

HRC delegates may stop at their hotels on their way to committee to retrieve their laptops and other electronic devices.

11:00 am - 12:30 pm
