A limited block of hotel rooms is available for delegations at a reduced rate. Please keep in mind:
• Rates are available only to NMUN participants for use of the delegation. Extending the discount rate for days before or after the conference is at the discretion of the hotel. Please confirm rates and availability with the hotel before making travel arrangements.
• Once the deadline passes and/or the limited number of available discount rooms sell out, rooms may not be available or may significantly increase in cost. Reservations can be made via provided forms from approximately 1 November – 1 March. See hotel forms for exact dates.
• Reservations for our discount rate are only available through the forms on this site – not via Internet or phoning general hotel reservations.
• NMUN does not have access to the hotel computer reservation system. We cannot make reservations, accept payments or check on the status of a reservation. Please contact the hotel directly using the e-mail or phone information on the reservations forms.
