Note: A correct e-mail address is very important for receiving communication.

3) Payment Information for the $100 School Registration Fee. Applications without payment will not be considered.

– Plan ahead if requesting a school check. Universities may take six or more weeks to process a check request.
Submitting the request is not enough. The actual check must be received by NCCA/NMUN before an application is
considered. Please turn in requests early and follow-up on campus to make sure the check was actually sent.

Committee Interest: The matrix indicates the committee assignments of each country to be represented at the simulation. If it is important to sit on a particular committee because of your interest in the topics or regional issues, be certain to select countries that are members of that committee. No more than three of your choices can be members of the Security Council.
Size: Compare the minimum and maximum number of delegates (far right column) of your countries of interest to the anticipated size of your delegation. Note: You can choose to view the complete list alphabetically or by size of assignment. Indicate if you are interested in more than one assignment.
- Each assignment lists a minimum and maximum number of delegates.
- Only request countries whose minimum and maximum delegate numbers are in a range your program can support.
For example, if you are bringing 2 - 4 delegates, you will not be assigned a country that can support 14-20 delegates.
- To best accommodate the large number of schools attending, we recommend you request countries that will result in you bringing two (2) delegates where allowed.
- Note: Head delegates who do not sit on a committee can attend in addition to the maximum number listed on the matrix.
