NMUN•EUROPE HOTEL INFORMATION
Hotel Options:
These ACCOR hotels are in the city centre of Lille. The hotels are near the Conseil Régional (where conference sessions are held) and the main tourist sites. Rooms for 3 persons are a double bed plus a sofa bed. Rates do not include buffet breakfast and the daily stay tax of around 1 EUR per night and per person.

Reservation Procedure & Payment:
1. Please send scanned completed Binding Order to hotel.europe@nmun.org
2. NMUN-Europe staff will contact the desired hotel for you. The hotel will then send you an invoice for you stay. You will be charged in advance one night for each room you are reserving.
3. Once prepayment is settled, your reservation will be guaranteed.
4. You may cancel until 31 January, 2012, but the prepayment is not refundable.
Availability is limited. We strongly recommend that you take care of your guaranteed reservation as soon as possible.
