For safety and transportation considerations, other delegations must stay at the conference hotel. We are negotiating competitive rates.
 

Cultural visit to Brussels, Belgium organized by Sceince Po Lille – Approx. 35 Euro

Discount room rates are available at three hotels near to the conference sessions (in the chambers of the regional parliament).  Price varies with the number of people staying in the room.  See the ‘hotel info’ section for details.

*These costs are preliminary and are provided to help with planning and budgeting. Final cost may differ depending upon point of departure and exchange rates. Food and lodging are payable on site in local currency.
There are two phases of registration for the conference. Both include payments. Please respect the dates due. Payments (including check, wire and credit card) must be RECEIVED at headquarters before due dates.

We have found that often delegates and new faculty are surprised by the extra time it takes to have a payment issued at their school. Please be proactive with your school’s business office, work with them and build in time to allow for timely payment of registration fees.

Delegate fee per delegate and/or head delegate due 1 November 2011.

 

a. Visa or MasterCard on-line during the registration process (using our secure server).
   
 b. Check (from the school or faculty advisor) or Money Order

–  Checks should be made payable to “NCCA” and mailed to:

–  For those indicating payment by check, invoices will be generated by the on-line registration and sent by e-mail as part of the registration confirmation. The cost to register is $140. When confirming delegates (no later than 1 November), a second invoice will be generated for delegate fees.

 -- Please request school checks early. Universities may take six or more weeks to process a check request. Proof of submission of the request is not the same as payment being received by deadlines. The actual check must be received by NCCA/NMUN for an application to be considered and country assigned. Please turn in requests early and follow-up on campus to make sure the check was actually sent.
