We encourage you to contact the embassy of the nation you are representing and ask them for a briefing. The best time for the briefing would be on November 2, before the opening ceremonies.  You may find contact information of your embassy by clicking on the link below.

We recommend asking for the Public Affairs section. Note that you should ask for a general briefing, since the embassy will tell you that the New York Mission deals with UN affairs.  Just inform them that you wish to ask questions about foreign policy issues. They have always been cooperative in the past. Please let us know if you encounter difficulties.
