NMUN volunteers and staff work year-round to ensure the most exciting, realistic and rewarding educational simulation possible. Through their participation, students develop an appreciation of different viewpoints, the frustration of negotiation, the rewards of cooperation, and a broader view of the human side of international relations and diplomacy. They leave with additional insights needed to become better global citizens and the next generation of international leaders.
